Assessment for Malnutrition
- Poor nutritional status on subjective clinical assessment
- Diminished subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, hollow face
- Reduced caloric intake in days before admission
- Prior nutritional intervention required
- Recent weight loss or lack of weight gain in infants
