- Risks-Complications-Troubleshooting
- Exchange Volume Calculations
- Determine Volume of Blood or NS to Order
- Obtain consents for blood and procedure (if needed)
- Determine volume of blood or Normal Saline to order
- Post-Procedure Lab Schedule
- Follow up recommendations:
- Consider Hematology follow up 2-4 weeks post discharge for exchange transfusion done for anemia
