- Order skeletal survey as indicated
- Collect needed info for Medical Examiner from SW or PCA prior to calling
- Contact Philadelphia Medical Examiner (Philadelphia campus) or Montgomery County Coroner (KOPH campus)
- Contact Gift of Life and record name of representative and eligibility
- Complete Deceased Navigator in EHR
